Friday Night Magic is a weekly DCI sanctioned event held in game stores across the world. Magic players get the opportunity to play and have fun while at the same time competing for rare promo prize cards only available at these events. Best of all, FNM is a very casual night. Don't feel like you need to be a Magic pro to enter, the important part is to have fun and play some Magic!
At X9 Games, Friday Night Magic starts at 5:00pm with a standard format tournament. Entry Fee is optional, depending on whether you want to try and win more than just the FNM Promo card! The Entry Fee is $5, and proceeds go towards prize support in the form of packs. Decks must be Standard legal (all cards must comes from the current Standard sets). The current list of cards legal for use in Standard can be found here. If you're not sure if your deck is Standard legal come in advance to have the staff help you out. Players who place in the top 2 will be awarded two of the night's DCI promo foils. The other two will be awarded randomly to two other players. Additional prizes will be awarded depending on the number of participants.
Additionally! We host an FNM draft starting at 7:00 PM! Entry Fee for the Draft is $12, and is supported with FNM Promos and packs as prizes, with the top 2 getting foils and 2 more going out as door prizes!
